More recently, Thomas served as the General Manager of STRIP by Strega. He joined us in early 2016, with both front and back of the house operations experience and a passion for the hospitality industry. Tom continues to enjoy cooking on his days off, as well as spending time with his wife and two children. Having a passion for hospitality, she moved to Charleston, SC, and Charlotte, NC, where she completed her undergrad at Johnson & Wales University in Food & Beverage Management. After deciding to move to Boston, she worked behind the bar at Stephanie's on Newbury while finishing her MBA in Global Business Leadership. Matheus De Araujo Chef de Cuisine Chef Matheus De Araujo, Has been in the food business since very young age when he started his career at his parents restaurant in Brazil, working in professional kitchens most of his life, training under different Executives chefs, most recently at Max Brenner with Chef Chris Santos. In his off time, he loves spending time and with his two children and wife.
